Adam Groff, MD ’06, WG ’06 and David Baiada, WG ’06

adam_groff.jpgAdam Groff, MD, MBA, is BAYADA’s Chief Medical Officer and leads the Hospice and Physician Services practices, two business units he started for BAYADA. He continues to practice as a hospitalist at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH, and is Associate Professor at Geisel School of Medicine and at The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy & Clinical Practice. He is co-founder of GoHealth Urgent Care, a TPG Growth portfolio company, and co-founder of Calibrater Health, a health care technology company. He has an AB from Dartmouth College and his MD and MBA from the University of Pennsylvania.

david_baiada.jpgDavid Baiada serves as Chief Operating Officer of BAYADA Home Health Care, with responsibility the Home Health and Hospice specialty practices, as well as overall responsibility for quality across the organization.  BAYADA Home Health Care, founded in 1975 in Philadelphia, is the nation's largest privately held provider of home-based health care services, with over 25,000 employees caring for clients in 21 states and India.  Prior to joining BAYADA in 2002, David worked in Chicago as an Associate at DiamondCluster, a strategy and technology consulting firm now part of PwC.  He earned an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and BA in Economics from Cornell University.
